Pipelines
Round duct with BlauFast RK antibacterial and antistatic treatment
BlauFast ducts are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE).
The corrugated outer layer of the air ducts provides high strength and flexibility. This construction also allows for easy bending anywhere without additional tools.
In addition, BlauFast air ducts feature a smooth inner surface to reduce air resistance and enhance ventilation performance.
Air distribution boxes
The air distribution boxes are designed for the distribution of air in the rooms. They are installed between the air handling unit and the supply and exhaust louvres.
The number of connected ducts in the air distribution box depends on the number of rooms served and the airflow capacity of the air handling unit connected. The connection is made through flanges inserted into the air ducts of the box.
Air ducts not used in the installation shall be covered with caps. The air ducts shall be secured to the inlets with locking rings. All system components shall be rubber sealed for airtight connections.

Connectors

SD silencer
It is applied to absorb noise generated during the operation of equipment and spread along the pipeline systems.
- The galvanized casing of the SD silencer is filled with sound-insulating material that does not flame and is equipped with a protective cover against fibre explosion
- The silencers are equipped with connecting flanges with elastic sealing for airtight connection to the duct tape.
