Starting from the Hybrid System for Heating and Cooling of the offices and the factory area, which also provides Domestic Hot Water, also a number of Automation & Controllers and a modern Smart Home system have been installed in this olive oil standardization unit to fully meet the special requirements for heating of the olive oil tanks for its qualitative preservation.

Solar Thermal System, with 8 high efficiency vertical TiSUN solar collectors, a solar tank with 1000 litre capacity and a central solar station, including the solar controller, responsible for the perfect operation of the whole system. Thus, it is ensured free heat from the sun, for the production of hot water for heating areas, for domestic hot water and for the heating of olive oil tanks

CARRIER 30AWH Heat Pump with Power 15KW: A small-sized heat pump with high quality components, including one of the most advanced electronic inverter controllers on the market, resulting in economical operation and high energy savings, utilizing the heat of the air for the production of thermal energy, with an annual efficiency (SCOP) of 4.44, and Energy Class A +++ in the major climate zone of Greece.
Completed Compensation System of SALUS: The compensation function is the correct setting of the water flow temperature in the oil tank heating system, depending on the temperature inside the tank. With the installation of the compensation system, extra saving of up to 35% is expected. In addition, SALUS thermostats are used for measuring & controlling temperatures in olive oil tanks, as well as for accurate measurement and control of the supply of heating sources in order to fully comply with the strict European standards for a constant storage temperature of olive oil.
