The installation of the Underfloor Heating system in a newly built house in Kalamata was successfully completed by the Special Team of Energy Saving Technicians (EOT-EXE) of ANDRIANOS.

Our engineers, after studying the special needs of the house, chose for the transfer of heat inside, the underfloor heating system, in which the thermal energy comes from inside the floor.
Thus, they were placed on the entire surface of 100 sq.m. special pipes into which hot water will be channeled under the floor. With this system, the space is heated evenly at a constant temperature without creating air currents as is done in other ways of heating such as radiators, fan coils, etc. and we achieve plenty and quality heating.

Advantages of the owners from the installation of the Underfloor
- They enjoy a high level of hygiene when heating their space, thanks to the low operating temperature required by underfloor systems. In addition, no air currents are generated, thus eliminating dust recirculation, in contrast to conventional radiator heating.
- Additional energy savings in the operating costs of the heat transfer system at rates of 12% to 20% per year. This is achieved due to the way the underfloor is operated at low temperatures, 20 degrees and less, compared to the 22 degrees and above required in conventional radiator heating.
