The advanced heating and cooling system consists of a PRO-CLEAN Solar tank, temperature laminating of TiSUN, with the possibility of producing hot water for space heating and hot water, in a capacity of 1500 liters, to fully meet the needs of the owners. The 8 PFMS solar panels of TiSUN, with a total area of 20.4 sq.m., are responsible for the collection of solar energy.

Also was installed the top-of-the-line CARRIER 30AWH heat pump with a rated output of 12 kW, a heat pump with a small frame, with high quality components, including one of the most advanced electronic inverter controllers on the market, resulting in economical operation and high saving electricity by using air heat to generate heat, with an annual efficiency rating (SCOP) of 4.
