For heating and cooling needs of Renewable Energy and Energy Saving Center of ANDRIANOS, a CARRIER 30AWH 15kW Heat Pump was installed.
This particular heat pump model integrate the latest technological innovations: ozone-friendly refrigerant R-410A, DC inverter twin-rotary compressors, low-noise fan and microprocessor control. It also features dual DC Inverter rotary compressors with Pulse Amplitude Modulation (PAM) and Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) for improved reliability, low power consumption and smooth vibration in all conditions. Variable speed with innovative blade shape for improved air distribution and extremely low noise levels.
Floor fan coil units are used in this installation, while the heat pump is connected to existing sources of heat (solar thermal and wood-biomass boiler) for combined operation with the aim of increased economy and optimal comfort in all weather conditions.
