Heating with a Heat Pump
An Ariston Nimbus Pocket A+++ Inverter (monoblock) heat pump was installed, integrated with the existing radiator system, providing efficient and cost-effective heating. Featuring eco-friendly R32 refrigerant and a power output of up to 11.74 kW, the system ensures high performance with low operational costs. Learn more.

The residence previously relied on an old oil boiler for space heating, which will now serve as a backup option, as the heat pump offers significantly greater energy savings. In the boiler room, additional components were installed to enhance system efficiency:
- 60L buffer tank
- WILO Yonos Pico circulator
- 8L expansion vessel by REFLEX (Germany)

The old thermostat was replaced with the modern ENGO Controls EASY230W wired wall-mounted thermostat, providing precise and easy temperature regulation. Learn more.

With the project's completion, the residence gained a modern and efficient energy system, significantly reducing operating costs and increasing the comfort of the residents. The new technologies ensure a reduction of up to 70% in total heating, cooling and hot water costs, while offering high energy efficiency and independence.
