A notable case is the specific project, which concerned the installation of a heat pump in a house of 260 sq.m. in the State.
The building, built in 2008, has an external thermal facade. All the work required attention and "surgical" movements, since the house is of high architecture, it had the central collectors inside (and in fact on a tiled wall in the bathroom) and in all areas there was wooden floor.
This house belongs to a residential complex which was heated by a central oil boiler. It has underfloor heating in all areas. Due to the huge size of the boiler, oil consumption (data from the winter of 2013) ranged at 1,000.00 euros per two months!
ANDRIANOS in collaboration with the company TECHNOMECH proceeded with the installation of a Carrier Aquasnap 30AWH heat pump with a nominal efficiency of 15kW inverter technology.
The installation is monitored by an online system for recording the consumption of electricity, with the data so far showing electricity consumption of approximately 100.00 euros / month. Depreciation is expected in about 1 year, with an annual saving of 5,500 euros, which is approximately the cost of the Heat Pump.
