Energy Saving solutions of ANDRIANOS used to efficiently heat and cool a white bright summer house in Santorini that reflects the traditional architecture of the Greek island houses.
The residence is a family retreat on a sloping site on the outskirts of Mesaria. Each room in the house is contained in a white squared block that is stacked irregularly to give the home a completely asymmetrical shape. This layout offers panoramic views of the sea to the northeast, the village of Pyrgos to the south, and a small garden oriented to the southeast.
The owners and architects of the newly built house had high demands on the energy efficiency of the house and therefore trusted ANDRIANOS to study, supply and installation of heating and air conditioning system, as well as the production of Domestic Hot Water. Experienced engineers of ANDRIANOS analyzed the needs of the residents, the architectural specific features of the area and the climatic conditions of the area and selected the optimum heating-air-conditioning and DHW production system by combination of a High Performance Heat Pump Carrier AWH and Hot Water Storage Container especially for Heat Pumps. The installation and maintenance of the system was undertaken by the Energy Saving Teck Force (greek: Ε.Ο.Τ. - ΕΞ.Ε) of ANDRIANOS, under the guidance and supervision of the mechanical engineer officer Ioannis Mylonopoulos, to reach the high quality that identify the projects of ANDRIANOS.
