The company ANDRIANOS undertook the design and supply of a modern energy saving system for the hotel unit. Out of respect for the environment, tradition and nature, they were proposed for the heating of the hot water and the swimming pools of the complex, Heat Pumps, which utilize 75% renewable energy, which comes from the heat of the environment, in combination with state-of-the-art temperature layering containers and modern control systems. The installation was done by the specialized and experienced associate of ANDRIANOS in Santorini, Mr. Giannis Korvesi.
The pre-existing heating system of Andromeda Villas consisted of an oil boiler, with which the fuel consumption exceeded 12,000 liters per year, ie 15,840 euros. Now, with the installation of Carrier's new Aquasnap Heat Pumps, Austria's top-of-the-line TiSUN Temperature Layers and state-of-the-art energy control systems, annual energy consumption has fallen to € 14,300 kWh, or € 45 per year. of hotel services took off. The financial savings were measured at 13,695 euros per year and the amortization of the investment was achieved within the first year of operation of the system.
The owners of the Andromeda Villas hotel unit are thrilled with the investment they made as they achieved their double goal of Energy Saving which reached 86.4% and at the same time the contribution to the protection of the wonderful environment of Santorini.
ANDRIANOS analyzed, as always, the particularities of this project and offered innovative solutions, exclusively designed according to the special needs of the hotel, both at the design stage and during installation, to achieve perfect operation with high efficiency and economy.
