With the top ARISTON Heat Pumps, CARRIER Fan Coils, ANDRIANOS Solar Water Heaters and SALUS Smart Home, a complete solution was provided that ensures ideal thermal comfort and is characterized by high reliability, economic operation and complete local and remote control.
Patio Villas is a complex of extremely modern villas, in harmony with the wild natural environment of Mani. They consist of a set of stone-built houses, which are an excellent example of the imposing architecture of Mani. Each residence is designed in such a way as to offer privacy and an excellent view, while now with the new electromechanical equipment of ANDRIANOS, they offer absolute thermal comfort, all seasons of the year.
Space heating and cooling with ARISTON Heat pumps
The choice of Heat Pumps in combination with Fan Coils is nowdays the best way to cool and heat spaces since it offers economic operation and optimal thermal comfort conditions all year round.
In Patio Villas, four ARISTON Nimbus Pocket MNET Heat Pumps were installed, appropriately chosen to fully cover the cooling and heating needs of the space.
ARISTON Heat Pumps are characterized by their high energy class A+++, their excellent performance levels, both in heating and cooling mode, and the low noise levels during operation.

In each villa, Fan Coils CARRIER Inverter Slim floor were installed, which have an elegant and compact design and harmonize perfect in every space and cover every thermal need. They were combined with the Fan Coil smart thermostats of SALUS, FC600 in each space, so that there is complete autonomy per room.
The FC600 thermostats operate both locally and as part of the SALUS Smart Home, as was done in this installation.

An important addition which are now used almost in all ANDRIANOS cooling - heating iosntallations, especially in tourist accommodation, is the Salus Smart Home.
SALUS Smart Home system is the most specialized system for the complete control of electromechanical, and not only, installations, via mobile phone, tablet or computer.
In this particular installation of Patio Villas, the owners remotely monitor and control the operation of the Heat Pumps, all Fan Coils while having possibilities for mass and rapid adjustments of all systems.
According to their needs, rules have been set for the immediate pre-cooling or pre-heating of the villas (before the arrival of the guests) as well as for the shuting off all systems after the departure of the guests. All the above functions can be carried out by the owners, without requiring their presence on the premises.
In addition, SALUS system is so easily expandable, that if required in the future, they can also control lighting, roller blinds, awnings and all electrical devices, in a very simple and easy way, simply by adding a few more smart SALUS devices.

Free domestic hot water with ANDRIANOS Solar Water Heaters
In order to cover the Domestic Hot Water needs, four solar water heaters ANDRIANOS 200/272 were installed in the four residences for free hot water from the sun. With the most powerful certified collector of Greece, (ηcol = 67%) according to ΕΝ12975, water storage tank of hot rolled steel, 3mm thick with double internal layer of enamel and collector frame made of powder coated aluminium for maximum protection provides great resistance to extreme temperatures and ensures more Hot Water for the winter.

In an electromechanical installation to ensure the desired outcomes, in addition to the proper study and quality equipment, it is necessary to be supported at all stages of implementation by a team of certified technicians. For this reason, ANDRIANOS has in the labour force, the Energy Saving Tech Force ( EOT - EΞE ), which is a permanent staff of the company and ensures the uninterrupted, efficient and economical operation of the systems it undertakes. In addition, Energy Saving Tech Force will be responsible for the annual maintenance and prevention, identification and remedy of any extraordinary damage for the following years.
