Another successful project of ANDRIANOS was completed in two newly built apartments in the center of Kalamata, where heat pumps and fan coils were installed for heating and cooling the spaces, mechanical ventilation systems for a healthy atmosphere, solar water heaters for the production of hot water and a Smart Home system for their precise local and remote control.
These two apartments were built with the aim of making them available for short-term rentals (Booking, Airbnb, etc.), so the main objective of the project was to create conditions of perfect thermal comfort in the spaces, while ensuring maximum energy savings and uninterrupted operation of the systems.
The owner of the apartments, after a careful market research, chose ANDRIANOS, which undertook the design, supply and installation of the necessary systems for heating, cooling, hot water production, ventilation and local and remote control.
ARISTON Heat Pumps - High Efficiency & Low Consumption
For the two apartments, of 42 sq.m. and 88 sq.m., two appropriately scaled ARISTON NIMBUS POCKET Mnet Heat Pumps were selected as a source of thermal energy to power the fan coils installed in each room.

Fan Coils CARRIER - Elegant Design & Space Saving
Fan Coils were installed in all the interiors of the apartments, so that in combination with the Heat Pumps, they offer both heating and cooling of the spaces.
Fan Coils offer fast regulation of the air temperature in the room, thanks to their low thermal inertia, and have a minimum power consumption (and proportional to the speed of their fans).

A total of six Fan Coils CARRIER 42NC were installed in the two new apartments, along with the corresponding SALUS FC600 smart controls, which have been specially manufactured Fan Coils, thus ensuring absolute precision in the desired temperature and creating autonomy per room. At the same time, a connection to the Smart Home system was also made in order to provide remote control, accuracy in temperature regulation and additional energy savings.

As in every new ANDRIANOS project, so in this one too, a Smart Building system was supplied and installed, so that there is absolute, local and remote control of all systems, both by the owners and by ANDRIANOS technicians and engineers.

Thanks to SALUS Smart Home there is now effective control of the heating/cooling system and lighting, through an iphone & Android app, while there is also smart smoke detection that alerts via SMS & Email in case of fire or if someone breaks the rules of the house to not smoke.
Mechanical Ventilation with Heat Recovery ASSOLO - Thermal Comfort & Healthy Atmosphere
Heat Recovery Ventilation is the most modern solution for ventilation of spaces, as it creates the ideal air quality conditions, since it removes the polluted and humid internal air and brings in fresh air from the environment , which is simultaneously preheated, reducing humidity and ventilation losses by 93%.
ASSOLO is an innovative, independent room ventilation system, installed in the main areas of the apartments to provide a healthy atmosphere while reducing heat losses due to ventilation.
