The tourist resort "Kannas Mani Luxury Suites", located in Stoupa, consists of six luxurious suites, which were created to offer comfort, luxury and privacy to the guests who choose the wider area of West Mani for their holidays.
The owner, Mr. Michalis Kannas, chose ANDRIANOS for this business project as well, in order to ensure a complete solution for the energy needs of the resort, combining maximum energy savings and the absolute thermal comfort of the guests.
The ANDRIANOS study team, which is composed of engineers of all engineering fields, decided to install the following systems, which ensure the best economical, technical and environmentally friendly solution, with a view to fully meeting the specific needs of a tourist resort.
Cooling & Heating from the leading air conditioning company TOSHIBA
For the cooling and heating of the six suites, as well as the common areas of the resort, the installation of air conditioning units of the leading company TOSHIBA was chosen, which ensure high efficiency (A+++) in the operation of cooling and heating during the winter months.
In addition, they have a dehumidification function to remove moisture from the room, particularly low noise levels, remote control and programming functions so that the operation of the unit can be programmed with great precision.

Domestic Hot Water Production with ARISTON NUOS PLUS WIFI Heat Pumps
ARISTON Nuos Plus Wi-Fi heat pumps are an ideal solution for meeting the energy needs for the production of domestic hot water of a modern hospitality facility, since they offer high efficiency, low energy consumption in relation to the power output due to the high COP = 3.35 and fast response to the production of DHW.
They have the potential and have been left on hold for future connection to solar panels.

Fresh and clean air in the indoor areas of tourist accommodation is an important factor that influences the satisfaction of visitors during their stay. With the installation of the innovative ASSOLO Heat Recovery Ventilation System in all areas of "Kannas Mani Luxury Suites", the cleanliness and proper quality of the indoor air was ensured 24 hours a day.
The continuous operation of the autonomous units of the ASSOLO system, allows the supply of fresh and clean air to the interiors, in order to obtain the best ventilation results, without releasing Heat (energy) to the environment, which happens when we open the windows for the same purpose.

Heating in the hotel's swimming pool
Swimming Pool of the hotel is heated with the use of renewable energy sources and specifically with a high quality and efficient heat pump by ZODIAC. It is a pump that ensures high energy efficiency SCOP = 7.1, energy savings and low noise.
As a result, a constant temperature of 28 oC is achieved in the pool water all year round, regardless of the weather conditions prevailing in the environment.

ANDRIANOS supplied all the sanitary equipment installed in the hotel's bathrooms and kitchens. In order to perfectly harmonize with the space and the sense of luxury that the suites of "Kannas Mani Luxury Suites" exude, A&K Architects selected for the hotel the appropriate materials from the leading companies Grohe, Vitra & Karag.
- White porcelain hanging toilets, with Rimless horizontal drainage technology and concealed support system by Vitra, which were combined with Grohe's built-in flushing cisterns.
- 100% brass Grohe bathroom accessories.
- White porcelain furniture sinks and rectangular metal bathroom mirrors with metal shelf by Karag.
- Bauedge washbasin and kitchen sink taps & complete set of built-in bathroom tap, silver coloured, by Grohe.
- Karag synthetic granite sinks, which are resistant to thermal shock, pressure, high temperature, impact and scratches.
In addition, by the subsidiary of ANDRIANOS, EOT-EXE, installation and connection works of the water supply and drainage network of a total of six suites were carried out. It was deemed necessary to install a sewage pump, a biological purification system, as well as a pressurized complex of the leading company Wilo.
