ANDRIANOS, in collaboration with the Special Group of Energy Saving Technicians (EOT-EXE), recently completed a significant energy upgrade project for an existing residence in Glykorizi, Messinia.
With specialized expertise and top-quality equipment, ANDRIANOS team designed and implemented a comprehensive energy system, ensuring maximum efficiency and a significant reduction in annual operating costs.
The replacement of outdated, energy-intensive systems with innovative solutions for heating, cooling, and domestic hot water improved comfort and reduced the home's environmental footprint. The interventions carried out include:
Heating with a Heat Pump
An Ariston Nimbus Pocket A+++ Inverter (monoblock) heat pump was installed, integrated with the existing radiator system, providing efficient and cost-effective heating. Featuring eco-friendly R32 refrigerant and a power output of up to 11.74 kW, the system ensures high performance with low operational costs. Learn more.

The residence previously relied on an old oil boiler for space heating, which will now serve as a backup option, as the heat pump offers significantly greater energy savings. In the boiler room, additional components were installed to enhance system efficiency:
- 60L buffer tank
- WILO Yonos Pico circulator
- 8L expansion vessel by REFLEX (Germany)

The old thermostat was replaced with the modern ENGO Controls EASY230W wired wall-mounted thermostat, providing precise and easy temperature regulation. Learn more.

Cooling with air conditioners CARRIER
Installation of two Carrier Superia air conditioners of energy class A++ in cooling, ensuring comfort and energy savings during the summer months. They have special features such as dehumidification function, airflow avoidance, triple-action air purification system and remote control via the free "Carrier Air Conditioner" app that make them unique in their class. Production of Domestic Hot Water with ARISTON Hybrid Water Heater
Installation of an Ariston Lydos Hybrid 100 hybrid electric water heater, energy class A, which efficiently combines electricity with the renewable energy of the heat pump and adapts to the user's habits for optimal performance.
