The 2th National Symposium: “Holistic energy saving solutions in modern buildings” that took place in Andrianos premises in Kalamata on 21 and 22 September of 2017 was completed with great success.
In the symposium , participated experts from most areas of Greece and Cyprus who are professionally engaged in “Holistic energy saving solutions in modern buildings”.

The coordinator of the Symposium was Georgios Ch.Andrianos ,Electrical Engineer AUTH, MBA,- CEO of ANDRIANOS.
In the symposium participated representatives of Kalamata’s Local Authorities. Mr. K.Mpouras Elec.Eng and President of the Hellenic Association of Mech. –Electr. Engineers , Kalamata’s Dep. and Mr.G.Dionysopoulos,Mech.Eng.UPatras,MSC, from Kalamata's Constructions National Authority who both greeted the participants of the Symposium.
The 55 experts from most areas of Greece and Cyprus who are professionally engaged in “Holistic energy saving solutions in modern buildings took an active part in every topic of the conference.
The symposium was organized and hosted in ANDRIANOS company and Sponsors of the conference were «Carrier AHI», «Salus», «Tecnogas», «Taconova» and «Ariston».
The main subjects of the conference were:
- The need for Holistic energy saving solutions in modern buildings according to developments of Community Law.
- The advantages of use of renewable energy sources, especially Solar Thermal Systems and Heat Pumps.
- New technologies, as Condensing Gas Boilers and recent changes in Legislation and ERP.
- The comfort and the energy saving of the Modern Smart House systems.
- Ventilation systems with heat recovery, for the perfect ambiance.
- The necessary changes for the confrontation of energy needs in buildings today and for the future as well.
As part of the Symposium were also leisure activities, as hiking at the park, harbor, pier and beach of Kalamata. Both Greek and foreign collaborators were impressed by the beauty of the Messinian Capital.
The participants of the conference renewed the appointment for the 3rd Symposium Energy Saving Solutions which will take place in 13 & 14 September of 2018.
